The first of December Ellie's kindergarten class sang at the Festival of Trees and they did such a GREAT JOB. Ellie was so excited to sing for us, she practiced at home on a regular basis. I just cant get over how big she is getting. She is loving school and all of her new friends.
This is the first year that she would even get close to Santa. Braxton on the other hand had a death grip on my leg.
Christmas in Challis
This year we took off Xmas eve to spend the weekend in Challis with Uncle Chip and Aunt Talia. When we arrived Talia had sugar cookies all mixed up and ready for all the kids to make for Santa that night. They had a ball and some of the cookies turned out pretty crazy. I am sure Santa had a belly ache that night after the stop at the Erickson's. The kids had a ball Christmas morning opening presents with their cousins and seeing what Santa brought. We enjoyed awesome food all weekend long (poor Talia seemed like she was always cleaning up the kitchen) I am sure she was glad to see us leave. This Xmas is defiantly one the kids will treasure for years to come.
