Braxton's Overnighter!!!

I have never seen Brax so sick! It started Sunday and just keep getting worse and by Wed night he was at his worst. Wed our awesome babysitter took him to the Dr. and was told that he had ear infection and RSV. Wed night I took him in for a breathing treatment and nasal suction and it seems like he went down hill fast. When we got home he ran around all looped on Tylenol. He than started running a high fever and when trying to give him medicine it came back up faster than it went down. We tried giving him everything we could think of to drink but nothing worked and than with no fluids we had no wet diapers. He honestly got only a hour of sleep that night. Thursday morning we returned back in for a breathing treatment and nasal suction and than we made a stop by the ER. They checked his oxygen level and it was pretty low and he was sure working to breathe so they decided to start an IV and after a hour or so they started oxygen. It took him several hours before the fluids started to work through his little limp body. It was so sad we knew he was sick because he wouldn't put up a fight for anything. Even Thursday night he was still running a high fever and still very limp. Come Friday morning our little boy was back. He was laughing and wanting down to play but being tied up with tubes it was difficult for him to move very far or we couldn't keep up with him. When the Dr. came in that morning he was shocked to see how well he was doing. I am just so happy he is feeling better it was so sad to see him so sick!!

Party Hardy

Tony was gone all last week so I thought I would take the kids out for a play date and they had a ball. I wasn't so sure that the kids would like the big slides so we stuck to the smaller bounce toys. When we finally tried the slides I couldn't keep up with the kids they loved them more than anything. They had such a ball that when it was time to go there were many tears. Now Ellie just keeps asking if she can go to that special place.
