the BAD MOM Award
Tony headed hunting today with his dad and brother so we thought while he was gone that we would spend the day with family and enjoy GREAT food. It was time to eat and Ellie was giving my dad a hard time and wouldn't come in to eat so I thought I would go help him out. When I went out she was still being a turkey and was bound determined to stay out side. With a little help she headed to the back door and than starting throwing a fit. I grabbed her by her wrist and helped her into the house. I heard a big pop and she started screaming. I felt like crawling under the rug, I felt so bad. I took her outside and tried to get her calmed down but nothing was working. By that time we were both in tears. My brother Scott came out and tried distracting her by putting a band-aide on her owe. Which we all know that band-aides cure everything!! Well this time it wasn't working. I felt like such a slug and everyone was trying to eat but was distracted by Ellie screaming. We have been in to the ER once before because her wrist was out to I thought maybe that was the problem so my dad and I headed in to have it all checked out. Three hours later we left with a splint and a sling and still not sure what is wrong. She still seems to be in allot of pain and there is swelling and sometime she really milks it. Right before leaving the ER the nurse came back and said we had a visitors. My brother Rob and his boy Kelton was out waiting for us with all sorts of goodies for Ellie. Rob is such a great Uncle and Spoils the kids rotten. That is exactly what she needed a little pick me up because she was feeling pretty blue.
Thanks everyone for helping us out!!

That is a sad day but trust me, you definitely aren't the worst mom. I fell down the stairs with Parker and gave him an underdog while bathing him all before he was 2 weeks old.
