A lot of fun filled up our weekend!!

This weekend was a lot of fun. I just can't get over how fast the weekend flies by when you are having so much fun. Tony has been wanting to have a BBQ before he gets too busy fighting fires for the summer. So Thursday night we decided we would have a dutch oven BBQ Friday night. Tony cooked some awesome dutch oven potatoes and BBQ chicken. While Tony was out cooking the food Ellie went and helped our neighbor Judith water her flowers. She thought she was all that because she got to run the hose all by herself.

Saturday we got Ellie a BIG GIRL BED!! with a new baby on it's way I thought it was time for her to GRADUATE from her crib day bed and maybe we wouldn't have to sleep on the floor anymore. Every now and than she doesn't like sleeping by herself and the floor is hard on my back. So I am not sure who is more excited Ellie or me. After we got home we headed to Jerome to the horse races to watch Uncle Dallas ride. It was fun but we got home way late.
Sunday we had another BBQ at our house with my family. It was a lot of fun just watching the kids play and make messes. Ellie wasn't so sure what to do first play in the pool, ride Haven's jeep, swing or hang out with her bud Grandpa. Than after everyone left Ellie didn't want Grandma and Grandpa leaving without her so needless to say she is having a sleep over with them. I just feel lost not having her tugging at my leg for something. So as you can tell we had a fun weekend and now we are drained and not wanting to go to work tomorrow.
